I can’t lie I found out I had fibroids about 2 months ago. I’m literally addicted to relaxers and don’t feel my best without them. But now my fibroids r very big and I can legit feel them. I started using clove water daily for about 2 weeks, then, i suddenly feel dizzy. I believe the clove water can caused low blood pressure. I stopped using it and I no longer feel dizzy. So, beware clove can caused low blood pressure.

I also had 2 bald spots that were caused by stress related alopecia a couple of years ago, and back then, I didn't know about clove water, I only used castor oil religiously. And it really worked. The spots grew back to the same length as the rest of my hair. Good work!

I was natural after being relaxed for my entire life starting in 2021. In March of this year, I went to a my normal Dominican salon-that I’ve been going to since 2022 with no problems-and asked for my normal wash and press with no relaxer after having a sew in for a couple of months. They definitely used relaxer on my newly natural roots and I’ve had extreme breakage at the roots ever since. So close to my roots, I cry in bed thinking I need to cut it to a buzz cut. I just want to shave it all off at this point. It’s thin and wiry when it used to be thick and healthy. I’m so mad and I want to sue them or go ask for my money back. I don’t know what to do. Can anyone offer me any tips? I got the sew in after years of not having one and wanting to do a protective style. Now I’ve lost so much hair growth-keep in mind I started this journey with a pixie cut to cut off dye and got my hair back to shoulder length in 3 years.

I don't think the breakage was due to the rosemary but rather the carrier oil you used. If it was olive oil, or worse any other veg oil. Real olive oil would be fine, but its hard to know if its real. Check to see if it is sourced and bottled in the same location. If not the tankers that transport the olive oil spike it with other cheaper, inflammatory oils. Then sell it that way for more profit to the bottlers. Be careful about what oil you use. I recently added ground thyme into a nylon sock with ground oatmeal and added that to my bath for my skin. Did amazing stuff for my skin. Another video for hair growth just made a tea and sprayed it on. I'm thinking just make a tea of rosemary or cloves and put that on. Which is what she did! Nice. Research what herbs ok to combine, some don't work well together, but it might be that simple. Also put good in to balance hormones. It takes several months.

So I have a few cloves sitting for a year and I started spraying my hair 😮in a few days. My hair grew in. Yeah this a great thing.

13 year natural here. Big chopped 7 years ago and now my hair is at bra-strap length. I’m here because I can’t take it anymore. I’ve worked from home for years & always kept my lil plaits. Now I’m outside everyday & have no idea what to do with my hair in this heat. I don’t want braids, too humid for a twist out, silk press, or wash n go, and I’m trying to avoid buns to avoid tension. Going back to a relaxer is starting to feel like the only option.
